We recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely pleased with our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep during our entire trip. The staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable, offering great recommendations for dining and activities that our children would enjoy. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything in our 2-bedroom apartment in perfect condition. The shower was lovely and the TV was easy to use. We also appreciated the nice toiletries in the bathroom and the variety of condiments available. The location was ideal, being close to shops and restaurants, including a fantastic Asian restaurant just a short walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was warm, bed was comfortable and there were spare pillows and a blanket. The heater was good. Motel was very clean and modern. Bathroom was great.

Nothing all good.

We had a two bedroom unit, kitchen and lounge. Beds and pillows warm and comfortable. Apartment had two heater, that kept the unit warm. Close to town. Easy walk. Unit not good for people who have trouble climbing stairs as this unit was 3 levels. We were very happy with our stay there and would consider staying again.

The bathtub and shower all in one. Too high to climb into bath. The unit must of been freshly painted and could still smell paint.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being close to the centre of Dunedin and within walking distance to Buddha Stix Thai restaurant. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped, with all the expected amenities and a good kitchen for a studio unit.

The spa wasn't the best, it would have been better if it was the type that had the jets behind you when you lay relaxing. The parking spaces provided were very small and my wife thought the heater although it kept the unit warm, was quite noisy. This would not deterr us from returning in the future.

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with some luxurious features like a spa bath in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The motel's location was fantastic, with easy access to both the stadium and the city center. It was convenient to be able to walk to various attractions, restaurants, and shops.

There were some noisy neighbors that became a disturbance, especially at night. It would have been better if the staff had taken action to address the issue.

We had a quite pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the city centre and restaurants. The room was large enough and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the hot shower had good pressure. We appreciated the friendly staff and their helpfulness. to that, there was a supermarket nearby that made things easy for us.

The noise from the street was quite disturbing during the night.

Being on my own this trip, I found it very safe, my unit was a comfortable studio unit with a double entry, so no security. Problems.
